The Deputy Chairperson of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Giorgi Sharabidze, met with the heads and members of the Akhalkalaki District Election Commission.

During the working meeting, Giorgi Sharabidze personally reviewed and received detailed information about the activities and ongoing processes carried out by the District Election Commission in preparation for the October 4 municipal elections. The parties also discussed the training and professional development process of precinct election commissions.

CEC officials are gradually becoming acquainted with the readiness of district election commissions across the country for the 2025 local self-government elections.
